Return Policy for Opus One Paper
Order Modifications
Once your order is finalized and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Change of Mind Returns
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have 15 business days from the delivery date to request a return. To initiate this process, use the Contact Us form, providing your order number and reason for return. We will then email you detailed return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is issued. Please ensure that returned goods are intact, undamaged, and in their original packaging; we cannot process refunds for items that are incomplete or damaged due to user handling.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A tracking number is required to process the return shipment.
Free Gift Returns
If returning items reduces your order total below the qualifying amount for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned to process your refund. This does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly received items.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please verify it against your order confirmation and then contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us form, including your phone number. We will provide return instructions and, if the error was on our part, ship the correct item at our expense.
For defective or damaged products, contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us form, providing your order number and a photo of the faulty product. We will process a refund within 30 days directly to the payment method used for the purchase, and you'll receive email confirmation. Returning the faulty product is not necessary.
Exchanges
Products purchased directly from Opus One Paper cannot be exchanged at other stores. All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Customer Service Team following the procedures outlined above.
Please note: Return requests received after the 15-day period, except for damaged or defective products, will be declined.
